ACT is supported in part by the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts, a state agency, through its regional arts funding partnership, Pennsylvania Partners in the Arts (PPA). State government funding to the arts depends upon an annual appropriation by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and support from the National Endowment for the Arts, a federal agency. PPA is administered in this region by the Pennsylvania Rural Arts Alliance.

ACT Biography

Sam Wagner

Sam Wagner is a student at Penn State Altoona pursuing a major in Communications with a Criminal Justice minor. Meet Me in St. Louis is Sam’s first ACT performance. Sam appeared last April as Smokey the pitcher in Penn State Altoona's upcoming production of Damn Yankees. Sam's past roles include Memphis Aaron in P&J Productions' Ghosts, Li'l Abner in Li'l Abner, and The Guard of Oz in The Wizard of Oz.
