ACT is supported in part by the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts, a state agency, through its regional arts funding partnership, Pennsylvania Partners in the Arts (PPA). State government funding to the arts depends upon an annual appropriation by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and support from the National Endowment for the Arts, a federal agency. PPA is administered in this region by the Pennsylvania Rural Arts Alliance.

ACT Biography

Kelsey Ingold

Kelsey is a musical genius, an internationally acclaimed author, a lion tamer, and a secret FBI agent. She currently resides in her own little dream world where all of these things are true. In her rare moments of free time, she loves to sing, dance and act, and has been involved in over 20 shows with ACT, MCT, CLP and BCAF. Some of her favorite roles have been Annie in Annie, Bagheera the Panther in The Jungle Book, Maria Montini in Nuncrackers, The Wicked Witch of the West in The Wizard of Oz, Helen Weathers in both the 2005 and 2006 performances of A Christmas Story, and, of course, performing in all seven Sparkle! shows. Kelsey takes voice lessons from Linda Grimm and performs with the Tom Riley Musical Theater Company.
